IPTVPLY is strictly a cloud-based media organization and playlist management utility.
We do not sell, license, broadcast, or distribute media content, video files, or live television streams. Our service is limited to providing a technical infrastructure that allows users to organize, format, and manage media pointers (URLs) for playback on compatible IPTV applications.
By purchasing a subscription, you are paying solely for the **server time**, **organization software**, and **technical support** required to manage your playlist data. You are not purchasing video content.
2. User Content Warranties
By using the IPTVPLY platform to organize or access any media streams, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right, license, or ownership to access the specific content URLs you manage through our system.
- You are organizing content that is either publicly available, open-source, or licensed to you directly.
- You will not use our organization tool to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
IPTVPLY acts as a passive conduit for the data you input or request to be organized. We do not inspect, verify, or endorse the content of the streams managed by your account.
3. Billing & Identity
We accept cryptocurrencies for the provision of our software services. All charges will appear as "IPTVPLY" or similar generic software descriptors. We do not sell digital media goods.
4. Abuse & Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account found to be using our technical infrastructure to facilitate mass copyright infringement or illegal re-streaming operations. As a technical service provider, we comply with all valid DMCA takedown requests regarding specific organized links.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTVPLY, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal liabilities arising from your specific use of our organization tool, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims resulting from streams you choose to access via our platform.
