Samsung TV Setup (Tizen OS)
For Samsung Smart TVs from 2016 onwards running Tizen OS
Open Samsung App Store
Press the Home button on your Samsung TV remote. Navigate to 'Apps' section. This opens the Samsung Smart Hub app store where you can download applications.
Search for Smart IPTV
In the search bar, type 'Smart IPTV' or 'SS IPTV'. Both apps support Samsung Tizen OS. Smart IPTV has a cleaner interface but requires payment after trial. SS IPTV is free but more basic.
Install the App
Select the app from search results and click 'Install'. Wait for installation to complete. The app icon will appear in your apps list. Launch the app once installed.
Note Your MAC Address
When you first open the app, you'll see a MAC address displayed on screen (format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX). Write this down or take a photo - you'll need it to upload your playlist. This MAC address is unique to your TV.
Upload M3U Playlist
On your computer or phone, visit siptv.eu/mylist (for Smart IPTV) or ss-iptv.com/en/users/playlist (for SS IPTV). Enter the MAC address from your TV. Upload your M3U URL or file provided by IPTVPLY.
Restart the App
Close and reopen the IPTV app on your Samsung TV. It will automatically download the playlist linked to your MAC address. This may take 1-2 minutes. Your channels will then appear.
Start Watching
Browse through your channel list organized by categories. Use the remote to navigate. Add favorites for quick access. Enjoy streaming directly on your Samsung Smart TV!
LG TV Setup (webOS)
For LG Smart TVs from 2014 onwards running webOS
Access LG Content Store
Press the Home button on your LG Magic Remote. Look for the 'LG Content Store' icon at the bottom of the screen. This is LG's app marketplace for webOS TVs.
Find SS IPTV App
Use the search function or browse the 'Entertainment' category. Search for 'SS IPTV' - this is a commonly used IPTV app for LG webOS. Smart IPTV may also be available depending on your region.
Install SS IPTV
Click on the SS IPTV app and select 'Install'. Wait for download and installation. The app will appear in your home bar. You can rearrange it for easier access.
Get Device MAC Address
Launch SS IPTV on your LG TV. On the main screen, you'll see a 'Settings' or 'Info' section showing your device MAC address. Take note of this unique identifier - format looks like AB:CD:EF:12:34:56.
Configure Playlist Online
Go to ss-iptv.com/en/users/playlist on your computer or smartphone. Create a free account or log in. Enter your LG TV's MAC address and add your IPTVPLY M3U playlist URL or upload the M3U file.
Sync with Your TV
Back on your LG TV, restart the SS IPTV app. It will connect to the SS IPTV servers and download your configured playlist. Wait 1-3 minutes for initial sync. Your channels will populate automatically.
Enjoy Streaming
Navigate through your channel categories using the LG Magic Remote. Set up favorites and parental controls in app settings. EPG (program guide) will load if included in your playlist.
Alternative: Use the Downloader App
If IPTV apps aren't available in your Samsung or LG app store, you can use an external streaming device with the Downloader app to sideload them using short download codes

Samsung Tizen and LG webOS don't support sideloading directly, but you can plug a Firestick or Android TV device into your Smart TV's HDMI port and use the Downloader app to install any IPTV player with a short download code.
Connect an External Device
Plug a Firestick, Fire TV Cube, or Android TV box into a free HDMI port on your Samsung or LG TV. Switch to that HDMI input using your TV remote.
Install Downloader on the Device
Open the Amazon Appstore (Firestick) or Google Play Store (Android TV) and search for "Downloader". Install the official app by AFTVnews — it's free.
Enter a Download Code
Open Downloader and tap the code field. Enter the short 5 or 6-digit download code for your preferred IPTV player app. Press "Go" — the app will download and prompt you to install it. Codes are shared by app developers or your IPTV provider.
Start Streaming on Your TV
Launch the IPTV app on the external device, enter your IPTVPLY credentials, and enjoy streaming on your Smart TV's big screen — with access to more IPTV player options than the built-in app store offers.

Common Issues & Solutions
⚠️ MAC Address Not Working
Make sure you're entering the exact MAC address shown in the app (with colons). Check that you uploaded to the correct website (siptv.eu or ss-iptv.com). Wait 5-10 minutes after uploading before restarting the app.
⚠️ Channels Not Loading After Upload
Verify your M3U URL is accessible (test in browser). Ensure your IPTVPLY subscription is active. Clear app data by reinstalling. Check your TV's internet connection.
⚠️ App Not Available in Store
Your TV region settings may block the app. Try changing TV location to USA or Europe in Settings. For older models (pre-2016), these apps may not be supported - consider using an external device like Firestick.
⚠️ Smart IPTV Trial Expired
Pay the one-time activation fee (~€5.49) at siptv.eu/activation using your MAC address. Or switch to the free SS IPTV app as an alternative. Payment is per device/MAC address.
⚠️ Playback Buffering or Freezing
Connect TV via Ethernet cable instead of WiFi. Check internet speed (25+ Mbps for 4K). Close other smart TV apps. Reduce video quality if needed. Restart your router.
⚠️ No EPG Data Showing
Ensure your M3U playlist includes EPG URL (tvg-url parameter). Wait 10-15 minutes for EPG to download. Contact IPTVPLY support for an updated EPG link if needed.
