IPTVPLY (the "Service") operates strictly as a technical media organization platform and directory service. We are a technology startup focused on organizing publicly available information.

WE DO NOT HOST, BROADCAST, RE-STREAM, STORE, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY MEDIA FILES, VIDEO STREAMS, OR COPYRIGHTED CONTENT ON OUR SERVERS.

Our service consists solely of providing a technical interface (M3U/XML Electronic Program Guide) that indexes links to third-party content already available on the public internet. We act as a search engine and organizer for these streams. We do not own, manage, or control the servers from which these streams originate.

2. DMCA Copyright Policy

IPTVPLY complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
